Try www. wirefly.com ,this site also allows you to upgrade or port your nr from one carrier to another carrier and keep the same phn nr ..... or promotions on carrier especially on valentine's day. I do suggest to wait a couple more days to get something reasonble. If u end up buying direct from the carrier's websire most of them throw in an extra $50 instant rebate just for using their website .Hope this help :)
