When Oil was discovered in the area we now Call Arab, Arabs were Nomadic for the most part and did not consider Land as a Property. US oils companies Like Standard Oil Of New Jersey ( NOW Exxon/Mobile) and some European companies made land deals Purchasing all the rights to everything below 3" from ground level. It was hard to make the deal in some cases as the Nomadic tribes had different "kings". Some "kings " saw the benefit of consolidating the Tribes and dealing with the companies. After the Deals were negotiated the West built all the Infrastructure, from Drilling to Ports. After WW2 Many of these "countries" started handling more and more of the construction and By the 70's they controlled and built (or subcontracted) most of the infrastructure.

These rigs were built by Western companies in the 50s &60s of the last century. For the last 30 years,building of these rigs is being done by big Arabic Mechanical Companies. These rigs are used for drilling oil wells in the Desert and Sea.

most of oil rigs in the arabian region are owned by the royals, and the government...US investors are very skeptical during the early time to cash out for oil explorations in the arabina dessert because they doubted the existence of oil in the region instead the focused on the texan fields which yields nothing.

Arabs owe their oil to the West. Not only did we discover it and show them how to utilize it, but it is because of our economic demands that oil has value in the first place.

Because England & France were controling of arab countrys, they are the one who build it with there own money.
now its with arab money.
but the most benefit goes to USA & Europe.
