I have a mobile number of someone who is trynig to cause a lot of problems for me, but i have no idea who this person is, i only have the number. Is there by any chance a website where you can find out who's number belongs to who, i suppose if it is a contract it would be easier, which network would this number come from if it starts with: 079089

The network operator is not allowed to tell you this information. You can't even tell which network it belongs to because the number could have been ported.
Tell your network operator, they will be able to advise. This is a common problem.

Call your cell phone company and complain. They will give you your options. the number is on your last bill or your sim card. The card that came with the sim card that is installed in your cell phone.
