guys- I hearing things on this site like women dont give men rights over their babies or no father rights. women dont consider men opinion or for the okay if a woman wants an abortion or wants to put a baby up for an adoption so here we go If you have sex with a woman (youre not married not really together one-night stand or maybe if you are married) and a women comes to you say she pregnant by you and says she's considering abortion or adoption would you consider giving your opinion about her decision and possibly try to change her mind to keeping the baby or you ( maybe you can consider raising the baby) or do you not want any part in her descision meaning whatever decision the girl/woman makes is whatever, you dont care you dont want any part of it?

I'd love my ex to be a father, I'd love to have the support,
But a drug user who is extremely unreliable, and violent, he is only able to see my baby with supervision,
He can't even be bothered to do that,
Incidently he wanted a baby, and waited until I was 8 weeks when he said he wanted me to terminate the pregnancy,
It's always the mothers choice,
I didn't listen to my ex,
I divorced him instead

well!i dont know if i can give the right answer om this issue, cause it is so large, but i would like to say:im a father myself,2 boys, and i dont live with any of the mothers,2 different mothers that is.to put life to a child is in my thoughts maybe the biggest miracle in the univers, thats why we are here.both the woman and the man makes the baby togheter and are therefor both needed, needed to make the baby, needed to rais and care for that child, this sounds like wishthinking and it is,but we know that thats not the way it sadly enough is.the father is responsabal to half of the baby and the mother the other half,i dont understand men that dont care in a situasjon that you describe, there is of course a lot of factors involvd regarding to how that man would react i that sit, like:his own childhood and so and so.but i wish that ewery father no matter what kind of sit should care and be there togheter and then also be apart of what the woman decide.Abortion is murder, and a verry bad solution.there are to many kids in the western world that grows up without a father.men should take there responsability, not back out, thats chicken!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry I know I'm not a bloke but legally it is actualy the mothers right to make the decision as ahe is the one who carries it for 9 months.

And no i'm not going to go on with the womans rights. I do actually think its rather bad that a bloke can be deprived of being a parent to their child because the woman decides she doesn't want to be a parent to the child. some people just think that men don't have feelings about these things and they are wrong.

I know, I had a miscarriage and my BF is absolutely devastated! That was out of our control, we didn't have a choice in the matter. With an abortion you have to make a decision whether to go through with it or not, and I don't think its right that the woman can take that decision away from the bloke completely, and totally disregard his feelings and needs!

It is a pathetic situation.Even though the saying goes that women are weaker sex,in reality men are the weakest. It is a simple logic that if the money is in your pocket and you want to spend it the way you want nobody can force you to do their likings.it is just a matter of good understanding that should work.when nature itself gave the right to possess the child in the womb to women you cannot think of an earthly right/solution.live with the situation tactfully.

Perhaps the bloke could wear a condom and reduce his chances of making random one night stands pregnant in the first place?

I hope my son will have the sense to take care of his own reproduction rather than assume someone else will.

Rights come along with responsibilities.
