I personally like the asking more than the answering, but the answering gets me points so I answer a ton then ask some. I wish it was the other way around...

If I ask a question while answering this one, what then?

I prefer answering questions more... but then again if everybody has the same attitude of preferring to answer more than question then this would defeat the purpose of Yahoo!Answers. That's why when you ask a question,5 marks are deducted, then if u select a best answer u gain back 3 marks... the other 2? You answer other people's questions. Very nice system.

I love answering questions - whether it's wanting to be of help to the person asking, or to go on a slightly opinionated rant, I like to say what I think and see how other people reacted to the same question. The ammount of people that use this thing, and all the different ways at looking at the world - it's great to be able to put yours among them.

Does anyone else here actually do that? You don't earn points; but then, that's not the only reward in town.

Also, try reading in other countries with specific categories in mind. It can be very interesting.

For example: I heard in the UK that the rich people complain about the amount of taxes they have to pay for services for the poor! Can you imagine that happening in the USA? When have the upper class Ever even paid their fair share of taxes in the US?

I enjoy both, but with questions, there is always the disappointment of finding you only have 1 or 2 rubbish answers. With answering, there is the anticipation of your answer being chosen as best answer.

I like asking, but I always end up getting in trouble, so I'm going to stick with answering.
