I've just gotten through a really tough relationship, and now my ex and my friend are sleeping together. My problem is: I just can't seem to move on!! How do you get over the guy that breaks your heart?

it will take quite a while but do it properly. firstly your friend is not a true friend and that guy doesnt deserve your crying over him. dont turn to another guy to get over your ex its just not right and you wil feel terrible. turn to your friends an your family, rediscover who you are and learn to love yourself again. do something everyday to make you feel good, spoil yourself, dress up, sing in the shower. once you have healed and learnt about yourself and know wat you need in your life then you will find a man whos good to you. if you dont know who you are then how do you know wat will make you happy. i think in life the only person you can depend on is yourself so love yourself and become your own bestmate, you can never go wrong. eventually you will be glowing with postivity and everyone will wanna love you too. be strong

Hi Jemm moving on is really hard and a bit lonely sometimes but you can make it easier first by changing the colour of your underwear make it bright colours then work on the outside no dull colours they only bring you down then you think only positive thoughts if you send out happy positive thoughts then thats what will be drawn to you happy positive people and just remember there is always kharma and hearts do mend i know i have been there in the worst way there is

do you still love him?
if you do it will be really hard to move on..
specially when your frend is sleeping w/ him...
just try to forget him..
maybe you can find another guy..
