Definitely, Currently every job or business is integrating with Global Markets. If u know English u can deal with people very easily or if u don't know means u need to depend on someone by knowing the problem in ur respective language. The second case willl not work if u go to US or UK, if u want lead a good career better to speak in English.

It really depends on what job you want to do- nature of job, type of employer/colleagues/business, kind of industry etc etc.
However, in the current state of economy and environment, it is always good to know langauges. Not even English, any foreign languages. English, of course, is the most important.

yes,it is very much necessary to learn English as you know today getting a government job is very much difficult as compared to getting jobs in multinational or private companies as they want more professionals and mostly want those employes who know how to speak fluent English so i think it is necessary.

To get a good paying job in the U.S. it is pretty much a given. It would be much harder to find a company willing to pay a large salary to someone who doesn't speak English.

any thing not only english if you learn will always help you in a way. english is an international language and it is used by all not only for job purpose it will be always usefull to you.
