With inflation such a big concern right now for the Fed (and other world central banks like the Bank of England, European Central Bank and Bank of Japan), why don't you write an article on the inflationary pressures caused by the current excessive printing of money. The world is floating in a sea of liquidity, with several major nations growing their money supply at rates of up to 17% annually - I believe the U.S. is in the 10% range. You can do a google search on the hyperinflation of post World War 1 Weimar Republic Germany and how their money printing activities hyperinflated their economy. That's what many of the world's central banks are doing now, thus inflation being a major concern for them and therefore, raising of interest rates to curtail inflation.
