Cure is to make a disease go away completely. The person is entirely healthy and the disease is gone.

Treat is to take medicine or otherwise help the person who is ill. The treatment may bring about a cure, or it may not work.

Cure= getting rid of whatever illness it is for sure, a confident assurance that you will be ok, no matter what

Treat= giving a medication for the illness, and "hoping" things go accordingly
