Unlike what the one guy said Iranians are arabs they are not Arabs they are Persians, they Look different Speak another Language and typically hated each other for eons. Like some Arabs the Iranians are Shiite while the majority of Arabs are Sunni. The majority of Iraqis are Sunni. You will find Saudi arabia supporting the Sunni and Iran supporting the Shiite and the Kurds getting the shaft.
