When I was first pregnant I was late for my period and I had mild cramps for about 10 days but with no bleeding. Because it was unplanned and I was on the pill I didn't think pregnancy and was just waiting out the cramps, hoping everyday my period would start. Finally one day I was out shopping with my boyfriend and I just started to feel really emotional and had a little panic attack right in the store. We went home and it was his idea to do a pregnancy test. Three home pregnancy test later all with a very bold + on them finally helped me realise that perhaps pregnancy was an option ha ha. Anyways the best idea is home prego test!

Your breasts swell and may be tender.
Your nipples and the area around the nipples (areola) get darker and broader.
You have to urinate more often.
You feel tired.

If I thought I was pregnant, I would go to my hair cutter, no joke!
Your regular stylist, if she is at all attentive, very experienced, and used to your hair, can feel the changes already coming about very early on.
I know of many stories where the hair cutter is actually the first to know, both from the stylists myself & from friends and family who have had their haircutter ask- often before they had even begun to realize it!
Good luck, and by the way, sensitive individuals with a strong mind/body connection often know this within days- a friend of mine knew it almost immediately with each pregnancy of her three kids!

if the sex is unprotected, what are you expecting? take a test if you've missed your period. if not, use a condom.
