If someone youve only encountered in a forum/discussion board, and just had exchange chats for like 2-3 times only...
and then she asked something from you, an information which you failed to give coz of its confidentiality and then she started to get mad, and sounded so sarcastic? what would you think of her?
and when you gave the information she needed, she didnt even acknowledge the effort you did to satisfy her favor?
What is she?
A user or something?

Don't let people on the internet threaten or scare you. If you didn't want her to know something , stick to your guns and don't tell her.So now she's acting like your answer is no big deal, it's hard to tell what someone is thinking by just reading what they type. If your feelings are hurt, she probably doesn't even know it or is thinking about it. She's probably talking to a abunch of people at the same time. Get yourself more people to chat with and just keep private things private. No need to apologize to anyone if you don't want to give stuff out. If you feel you have to say something, ask 'why do you ask?". Then drop them, if they don't drop the question. Yeah, users know who will get 'soft' on them.Don't give in!

I would firstly think that she was pathetic for wanting confidential information, then when she got mad i would cease all forms of contact with her. But regardless of what i think about it, you need to realise people on the net can manipulate you to get info they shouldn't otherwise have. Don't give it and it is as simple as that. You don't need her approval!

Sounds like this girl, is taking the piss, or theres something not quite right. I'm not too sure what, but from what you say about her, it seems dodgie, why did she NEED to know this information about you, and get moody and sarcastic when you didn't give it to her in the first place? xxJem

you were wise to be cautious, usually go with your first instinct, if the question was out of line, don't go there. sounds like the other person was just feeling the waters to see what info could be extracted. good for you for catching on

If she was looking for confidential information, why would you go out of your way to furnish it for her. Sounds as though she has power issues, and you have ethical issues. God bless****
