last night my i pod froze then this moring its not turning on its only a month old is there any were i and get it fixed in the uk

It sounds like you need to hard reboot. You will get instructions from the Apple website for your model. It should sort out the problem.
If that doesn't work, then and only then you should take it back to the store that you bought it at. As it is less than three months old, they have an obligation to immediately replace the unit or give a full refund if a replacement is not available. This is your legal right under UK consumer rights laws.
If you don't get satisfaction at first, then quote Trading Standards and the Consumer Protection Act.

Take it back for a refund. The hard drive has corrupted.

Go ask the technies...some of these questions really don't deserve stars for what they are wourth. Pet problems go to the vet, IPOD issues, go to the store...
