Hi,
I have a pond and my nitrite level is suppost to be 0 ppm, but today it is 0.25. Is that okay? Will it hert my fish?

It's not good, but hardly lethal. Certainly you want to watch your nitrite, and ntrate levels. Are you sure your pond isn't over stocked, or that you are over feed your fish?

That level is ok while it cycles, but try not to let it get over that.
