So im doing my monthly breast exam, or lets say every 3-4 months...and I've noticed my breasts have VERY hard lumps, small and big in both of them, most hard tissue, it hurts if u apply a little bit of pressure. Inpartiular my left breast has a lump that isnt moving near the nipple and its very painful when touched. The right is lumpy, but not as much as the left. Should I be worried? After finding this, I remembered I have a lot of breast pain, they will be sore quite often, even to the touch.....what could these lumps be? They were never this big or hard, and its really bothering me. I dont know of any breast cancer in the family....but i dont think boobs should feel like mine....any input would be helpful..thanks.

im 22 yrs old, i have pcos, recovering stage 1 ovarian cancer (getting lupron injections as my chemo 1x a month till june), i dont really get a period, it kinda stopped a few years ago so the docs are working with me. im not overweight and i exercise 4 times a week and eat right and take a multivitamin. my ovarian cancer and pcos dont run in the family either... but this breast change hurts and doesnt feel normal, the hard lumps in a C cup feel like 3-4 ping pong balls in side....
