You risk getting septicaemia (blood poisoning). Milk is not sterile. It contains a lot of bacteria which are harmless if eaten, but could be deadly if injected. Also any fungal spores could spread and or multiply, giving you fungal sepsis. Not easily treatable. If you have an allergy to milk protein, the injection could lead to a sudden anaphylactic reaction, and painful, scary death, gasping for air.
But, by all means, make up your own mind.

Cow's milk is quite fatty, so it wouldn't be a good idea to inject too much. But if you injected diluted skim milk, from a 1mil syringe, I can't see you having too many problems. Possibly an abcess at the injection site. If in doubt, don't try it.

nothing like that is intended to be injected to the human blood stream.
i would strongly advise against trying this theory out on yourself of anyone else.
there is a serious threat of death if you try to test this theory, because if you try and inject anything into your blood stream, you risk injecting air bubbles into your blood stream and these can cause deadly blood clots if the air pockets reach your heart.
