ALSO HOW SENSEX OR STOCK MARKET IS LIKEYLY TO BE AFFECTED BY UP COMING BUDGET IN MARCH 2007?

Actually this kind of corrections are always expected when mkt rises for 2-3 cycle.
Also, since budgets are round the corner everyone is taking a position and transactions are high i numbers...we can expect this to go till end of this month and Mar'07 1st week

Even with the -300 correction the BSE is still trading above the 50 moving average trendline (still shows a positive trend - no reason to believe this is a signal of a change in the trend to a bear one). Look for support to stay above 14,000.

If it breaks through 14,000 then it could head south to 12,500, but I find that unlikely. I would not expect the March budget to have muvh impact either, the budget is not driving the market up, it is the global demand and the infrastructure build in India as a result of that global demand for products! the budget has alomst no impact on the global demand.

If the market dives on a negatively view budget, I would view that as a buying opportunity!

I am sure the market will be up by atleast 100 POINTS in SENSEX tomorrow (15th FEB)

Well, true to my words, SENSEX was up 355 points on 15th FEB.

Wait for buying opportunities - identify blue chips and start buying partially from market.

One point to remember the sensex has already peaked and it is not the right time to put your money.

Dear,this is short correction and it,s healthy correction for market, I think tomorrow or day after tomorrow market will up, and next target is 4320 for march
