You live in the freaking bay area!
Go hang out in the mission. Go hang out at the Lex or the Wild Side West(both are 21+ but they don't really card). Go check out the hillgirlz calender for gay things to do and generally get involved in queer events.
Hell, go to the power exchange if you don't care if men watch (they used to have a lesbian night but they closed it because of a conflict between the management and some transgender women). Go check out the women's bathhouse (it's in the mission. It's name starts with an O). If you're into fetish, check out Madame S, next door to/part of the same building as Mr. S which is on 8th street near Folsom. You can meet women there.
Because you live in the freaking bay area you are better off getting off the damn computer and going outside and meeting real people than screwing around with the personals sites.

Hard to describe what sex is like, between any two people. Suffice to say, it feels good.
Your best bet for hooking up with other women is a site like craigslist.com, adultfriendfinder.com, the local personals ad, or going by lesbian or sex clubs or swinger bars and browsing for interested women. As always, be very careful and practice safe sex.
