I find that the foreskin is very uncomfortable for me to pull back. Is that normal?

No, it's not uncomfortable to me and it shouldn't be for you. If it's uncomfortable for you to pull your foreskin back, it might be a little tight. This is a condition called phimosis, where the opening of the foreskin is tight/narrow so pulling it back can be uncomfortable or near impossible.
If you think this is the case, there are easy ways to make it more comfortable. First try stretching exercises, they tend to work in most people with mild phimosis. Take two fingers and stretch the opening of the foreskin as far as it'll comfortably go (like increasing its radius) by hooking a finger on either side of the opening. It may take a few tries to get right, and it's best done after a shower. Do this exercise for a few minutes each day for a few weeks to a month.
If this doesn't work after a month and you still can't retract your foreskin comfortably (which is quite unlikely in your case), there are prescription creams that'll help, especially when combined with stretching exercises. There are other options as well, so look at the links for more info.

How unfortunate for you that you are uncircumcised! Being uncircumcised is uncomfortable even when ones foreskin is normally retractable, as mine was before I was circumcised. It is much better to be circumcised - circumcised men enjoy better comfort, hygiene, appearance to women, self-esteem and FAR better sexual sensation both for themselves and their female partners. All men really should be circumcised. Get it done!

No. My junk is uncomfy if I'm in my undies and pulled back because I'm not used to that particular sensation, other than that, 99% of the time, I'm good.

you need to bond with your unit.....
and experiment.. but clearly you aren't pulling the skin back often enough. to keep it easily retractable....
