if its white n lumpy like cottage cheese- its a yeast infection, eat yogurt 3x a day till gone and bathe everyday.....

If one is having a thick, smelly (like a fish) discharge it could be Bacterial Vaginosis but as the others have said you need to see a dr to have this looked at to see what is going on in there.

Don't take chances rather go to a doctor or a nearby clinic. It could be caused by a lot of things but it is definitely and infection if it is smelly. Before it becomes serious and worse go to a professional. Take care and good luck!!

You should go see your doctor! there should never be thick smelly discharge comming form your vagina.
