How have Asian women tried to change their eye lids? What or how have they "taped" their lids? I have read about this, even still to this day...and it saddens me...for I see beautiful women...I always hope that they Don't change themselves...not even to be more "white" looking...as they are so gorgeous...and they just don't know it!!!
(I am white..but, I say this...I am proud of my niece and my cousins...and my auntie,....they are Ameriasian! They are beautiful!!!)I am very proud of all of them,and then some!!!!

Asian women who try to change their eyelids get a special surgery done to give them an upper eyelid crease. It's been popular the last 50 years or so.
I find it very sad when anyone gets surgery done to remove part of their natural beauty. Everyone's eyes are specially designed for their own face. To try to get different eyes just doesn't look right to me.

I'm not sure why they do it but happens often. when i lived in japan it was talked about on TV. people have sugary to make them look different. just like there are parents who have their kids get sugary to cover up the physical signs of downs in hope that people will accepted them more and not rush to judge them. Or dark skinned people bleach their skin. All races of people seem to want to change their body's in some way or anther.
