I'd either distract the ref by getting on the ring and causing a scene, or to fake an injury, or just yell obsecnities enough to where the ref had to stop the count to tell me to shut up, lol.

if he was by the ring apron, put his foot on the rope and alert the ref. if hes in the middle of the ring, which makes things difficult, id ring the bell early and pretend the match was over, while the face celebrates, heel goes for a schoolboy pin. the best is to just pull the ref out tho if you can and distract him there.

I'd attack my own guy. Thats an automatic DQ on the opponent plus your guy will have deserved it. What is he doing losing in the first place.

when the ref was counting i would slide into the ring and give him a mist and another to the oppent
