I know the "pornographic" is an informal vocabulary. What's the formal vocabulary for it?
I want to say "pornographic files".

"Pornographic" is an acceptable word to describe, express or suggest obscenities or indecencies. The abbreviation, PORNO,
might be called informal.
Perhaps you're looking for the word "erotic".

Though pornographic is a descriptive word, you are asking for another term. You could use "sexually explicit".

Other words you might use are salacious or indecent.
