Plant cells have cell walls outside the plasma membrane.
Animal cells do not have cell walls.

But notice that they both have plasma membranes.

No. Only plant cells have cell walls. Both animal and plant cells, however have cell membranes. On a plant cell, the cell membrane is inside the cell wall. On an animal cell, the cell membrane is the very outside layer.

Cell Wall are only found in plant cell..as animal cells have IRREGULAR shape..while plant cells have REGULAR shape..
