Actually, it is more appropriate to use the term tissues rather than cells since the hand is indeed a group of cells:

Epithelial Tissue- cover body surfaces and lines hollow organs, body cavitiesand ducts, forms glands.
Connective Tissue- Protects and supports the body and its organs.
Muscle Tissue- generate physical force needed for body structures to move.
Nervous Tissue-detect changes in a variety of conditions inside and outside the body and responds by generating nerve impulses that help maintain homeostasis.
Blood Cells- Transport nutrients, fluid, and oxygen to other tissues
Bone (osseous) Cells- building blocks of bones, the framework of the body.
