Beige wld be nicely camoflaged behind white blouses. Sometimes when the white blouse is abit too transparent, white might not be a good idea as it may look pretty obvious as i had tried it before. =)

For professional dress: wear either the color of the blouse or skin-tone. You can use a camisole if you absolutely don't want the bra to show.
For casual dress: I've seen all types of colors, including pink, yellow, blue, purple and red.
Sometimes what you can "get away" with wearing depends on the fashion trends in your area.
If you have concerns on how something will look on you ... then wear the white blouse and go to a lingerie department or store and try on different color bras under it. I've done that before. Sometimes the sales clerk can even help with a suggestion.
Fit is the most important thing about a bra. Get professionally fitted by a clerk or seamstress. It's free, but you can always tip. Fit can make the look.

The trick with a very transparent blouse is only wearing the blouse in appropriate situations. If you do that, then almost any color bra can be appropriate.
For instance, you cannot wear it to school or work. Nor to church or a younger person's party. Unless you are at least 25, and not over 40, you cannot wear it to a formal event. Period. Any of these or similar wearings would be inappropriate and you should only do them if you have a serious and definite point to make. Think "Will someone make a movie of this day?" to decide that.
For any appropriate wearing, such as a date, or a party with similarly aged folk, the color depends on the attention you desire. The amount of it, how you want men to take you, how you want women to take you and how you want your friends to react. Of course, at the one extreme is no bra at all, basically being bare to everyone's examination. Not what you asked though, so approach it this way: white will be contrasting to your skin, but will utterly (sigh... I have to say how much I wanted to pun with "udderly" even if no one likes puns...) ruin the sexy nature of the transparent blouse; flowery/patterned will be largely lost, but, if not, will also cut back on the sexiness; highly contrasting (with your skin tone) will maximize the sexiness as it will draw serious attention to what it covers but you should match the bra to something else, like the blouse or your skirt (and you ARE wearing a skirt with a see-thru blouse) because not doing so looks fairly stupid (sexy, but stupid is not necessarily the look or rep a girl wants); minimally contrasting/perfectly matched to your skin tone OR similar in color, but darker than your skin tone will complement the blouse and lessen the "find the nipples" effect of the blouse and bra and will show you as daring, but not a whore (I put it that way to maximize the contrast of the words here, not to imply the highly contrasting choice says "whore" - although it may in the crowd one wears it in.).
And you shouldn't wear the transparent blouse on a date unless you want a jury to decide the date-rape was in fact induced, that the man was led on and you are lying about saying no. Although, that might be your desire...
So, consider your place and the effect you desire. Effect on all parties there, not just one. Then choose accordingly as above.
By the way, the t-shirt/camisole approach is largely the same as above for choosing color except for one extra thing: given the large area of cloth compared to a bra, the color can dominate the blouse to the point of wasting the blouse's effect.
I should also point out that the style of bra can matter greatly as well. The skimpier the bra, the sexier, in general and considerations about cleavage are reversed as cleavage is for covered breasts - you want to show what you can in the slight open area of the blouse. Here, it's all open so you want the breasts to "hang" nearly naturally for best effect. Shoot for cleavage and they will look decidedly odd under the transparent blouse. Give them separation, without making them look about to wrap around the back. And if they are small/er, use a bra with the least cloth you can find. No extra material, like lace, and that let your nipples poke outward noticeably. Large breasts, just bra them up, so to speak, without shooting for nipples.
Of course, I'm good with girls walking about naked, but if the world allowed that, we'd have a millions "When do you think it's OK for a girl to go topless/naked?" "Can a girl go topless when she's 13 if she has a B-cup?" "If I have a hot booty at 14, shouldn't my mom let me show it in school?" and so on. Not sure we're ready enough for that, even if it would be a wonderful world with all those naked women walking around...

A blending color, depending upon the how sheer or transparent the blouse
may be. It should be the kind which supports properly and fits, allows a slip to be worn over it, and
has a combination lock on it!!!! These are proven to be effective as a birth-
control prevention and a great asset towards completion of higher education
and finding a permanent ring on the third finger of your left hand!

It depends on how daring you want to be. You can wear a light colored bra such as light pink, light blue, etc if you are going out to a bar or restaurant at night. Or you can wear a tank top underneath your blouse in the day.

usually you want to wear a skin colored one, as it gives the illusion that you're naked. if you wear a colored one, it may be a little too "red light" and a white one will "glow" under your white blouse, which will show the outline of your bra...
