why???????????? they wont get married? damn it they made a perfect couple

Actually, they do not get married (or have a commitment ceremony). At the very last minute they call it off.
If that's all you wanted to know, then please stop reading now, because what follows is how their story ends. At the very end of the entire series, Brian and Justin are living together for awhile in a huge house, but ultimately Justin realizes that he needs to leave the city in order to pursue his dream in the art world. They decide that neither of them should sacrifice their lives and their dreams for the other, because they say that would be a jail sentence and not love. In the last episode, Justin leaves to pursue his dreams in art, and Brian returns to his old lifestyle.
In my opinion, the series ends with many of the characters being in a similar place emotionally as they were when the series started. This seems particularly true for Brian, which is pretty odd, since the last half of the last season makes it clear that Brian's lifestyle is no longer sustainable and isn't bringing him much joy anymore.

i'm not sure if they get married but they end up together.
brian buys a house for justin, and then the series finishes.

first thing ,its a GREAT seriers.
then they dont get married at the end. coz brian is soooo cute and he is so confident and no one would keep him.
justin is just a kid, and he has dream of art and very intelligent of tat. so he should go for his dream. if he stays with brian, then he is just a sex parnter with brian.
anyways, this is the good end.

unfortunately they didn't. Justin went away to school, and Brian stayed behind and changed his ways a bit.
