Because you can never get ahead in life working for others. If you want success, you have to be self-employed in some way or another. Some people are not capable of running their own business, and that's fine, but there is nothing wrong with going for money, working hard to get it, and then you are able to help others in need as well. People are starting to realize that by working for others, you are making them rich, when most of the time, you know more about business than the person you are working for! It just makes more sense to work for yourself.

Everyone wants to live like a price with all modern gadgets technology has offerred humanity for comfort and happiness.
That is why people need more money.
But 40% 0f Indian people are below poverty line not getting three square meals a day,forced to hungry many days and yet be tolerant blaming their fate,with faith on God for a better future.
Their prayers are for basic amenities only unlike the other category you have mentioned.
Even thinking of three square meals a day itself is a luxury for the poor below the poverty line.
You can not generalise the people in a sigle category.

You are right my brother. Sad but true today the true wealth called life is paper and not fresh air. Relationships are replaced by customer relationship management and are strictly one-dimensional now. It is very sad to see that as man is becoming more and more literate, he is increasingly becoming a creature of greed and lust and no more the social animal god created him to be.
But let me tell you one thing brother. Today due to efforts of a lot of great humanitarians like sri sri ravishankar and various spiritual gurus around the globe, people are slowly realising what life is. Our societies are so saturated now that people are increasingly opting for shorter working schedules, compact life-styles. It may not necessarily due to their realization, but frankly with god having his own back now do we have an option. We have created such a sositey that there is no option now...The bible trully says that "what goes around, come back!'
We all should set examples for eachother and the society by helping people whenever possible.

because it is the practical one. relationship or friendship anything revolves around money only. so we must make our close circle as per our taste. we should also not mistake others for not helping us. before that we must recollect whether we have helped any body. the world is full of thorns and stones. instead of carpeting the entire world we can atleast protect our feet with slippers which is very much easy and possible.

bcos all r greedy. all want to expose themselves in the world. this is not ancient age and is the modern age.
but we can't say all are not helping anybody. there r some who r not much greedy and try to be happy in helping others
