Not really. They're both good teams in their divisions, and I would favor each of them to get into the postseason. But that's as far as it goes. I don't see the Angels beating Detroit, White Sox, Red Sox, or the Yankees in postseason- let alone two of them. And that's WITH Colon healthy. The Dodgers have a better shot- but the Mets are looking better still, and I'd say its a toss up if the Dodgers were against the Cubs or Phillies at this point.

The Angels and Dodgers both did real well so far in the off season. The halos picked up Gary Matthews Jr and the Dodgers did an excellent job of picking up Jason Schmidt. But yeah, I really don't think it'll happen since the AL and NL still have some damn good competition. The A's are my pick! Billy Beane is a genius.

The Angels aren't even going to get out of the AL West, the A's will win that division, as far as the Dodgers, the entire NL is wide open. I don't think there's one front runner in the National League.

No. They aren´t good enough. Maybe the Dodgers, because of the division, will advance to the league finals, but the Angels? they aren´t going to win the division or the wc. Mathews is a blow out and their pitching, besides Santana is weak. No playoffs fo the Halos this year.

Dream on young man! Neither are good enough to compete for the pennant. The Mets are better in the NL and I would go on to say that the Cubs have a better shot than the Dodgers. The Yankees and Tigers are the class of the AL. Everyone else are just in it for the hell of it!

The Angels' veterans are too old and their young players are too inexperienced; bad mix. They will be lucky to win the wildcard. The Dodgers are possible coming out of the weakest division in the weaker league, but they'll have to be peaking at the end of the season.

And I'm sure if you looked hard enough you could find a prediction with yanks vs met, phillies vs pirates cubs vs sox marlins vs rays giants vs angels , but I even thought I saw angels dodgers last year too. aside from yanks mets and cubs sox it's probably the most picked every year

I can answer in one word why LAA won't get to the World Series: Gyroball.

As for LAD, their best chance is to trade Penny for one more bat (either at 3B or in the OF). Without such a trade, I see either Philadelphia or St. Louis representing the NL. With such a trade, throw LAD into the mix, but even then, nothing's guaranteed.

I SAY BOTH TEAMS ARE GOOD BUT, THE WORLD SERIES WOULD GO TO THE DODGERS
