is this file created by gameshark?
if yes then this is the game shark file which appear as corrupt file. and if its not then you need to delete it. as there is noway u can fix it...

Nope, you will have to delete it, I suggest getting something like the Action Replay Max, which comes with a USB stick, that allows you to compress and de-compress game saves easily, (and it can even copy uncopyable game saves), that way, if you lose your data, you'll be able to recover it in future, (some games won't de-compress fully, I've had problems with MGS3: Snake Eater in the past).

Yeah, unlucky, u just have to delete it, if u don't, the game that it is for cannot load or save.
