How can NEVIRAPINE be synthesised?

Nevirapine is used againts AIDS. It is Non Nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitor. How has this been synthesised by various scientists and how is it synthesised commercially?

From what I gather on the Internet, it is very expensive to synthesize, as several sites mentioned it...though I didn't locate any that described—in words that I would understand without days of research—how it is synthesized.
