In my opinion,she may just be flirting for her ego.To get a reaction,but not planning on persuing.Flirting is like a sport or fun hobby for some women.Some find it difficult not to do or is natural to them and often do it without even thinking.Or because she doesn't want to cross the line of actually cheating.But moralistically depending on your or her belief,that thinking is as bad as doing,it may be intentionally promiscuous.It doesn't necessarily make her a (you know).It depends on how she is intending it.

No way. Maybe her husband just isnt giving her a feeling that she wants to have. Girls like new things, so its normal for them to innocently flirt. There is nothing wrong with it. Maybe her guy just needs to start thinking about what exactly he is attempting to do to make her happy.
