my laptop wont boost, it starts loading and freezes.?

my keyboard is broken and im using a different keyboard, when i put it on safe mode it still wont work. does anyone have any ideas of what i should do?

An external keyboard? Try unplugging the keyboard and boot up. If that doesn't work then you may have a virus or a bad hardware component or bad windows installation. Your best bet is to bring it in and have someone fix it for you.

try putting windows xp in the drive then restart the comp. next when it boots to the disc hit repair. that will repair ur operating system. but u will lose alot of programs and games if u can back it up first
