Do you think there can be growth to Community Websites in India following the media hungry bureaucrats who want to ban all the popular sites because of a small part of people doing misdeeds in them. These sites have millions of users and cant control all the misdeeds at once .

Thats a very good question.
And i feel no body can stop those sites.
Becuase if they stop in india they will go to US and host it there. There is nothing link blocking it only for india.
Internet is Global. You are talking about community sites which started growing only in the last 1-2 years.
The whole world came against P2P but were unable to stop them even today.
I think it would be very hard to control them even if they try they would fail.
