Depends on your mothe board BIOS.

In some mother boards there are switches that would allow you to select the Bus Speed. By increasing the BUS Speed you would increase the speed at which the Processor Runs.

In some Mother Boards you can control bus speed from the BIOS.

But newer generation Mother Boards allow you to control bus speed from a program within windows.

You cannot change your P's speed manually. The only way is to buy a new motherboard!!
