Greatest American Hero TV show. It was a #2 hit for Joey Scarberry in 1982. It's called "Believe it or not"

It's from the show "Greatest American Hero", which starred William Katt, Robert Culp, and Connie Selleca. It aired from March of 1981 through March of 1983.
The song Theme from Greatest American Hero (Believe It or Not) went to #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in August of 1981. It was stopped from going to #1 by a combination of "Jesse's Girl" by Rick Springfield and "Endless Love" by Diana Ross & Lionel Richie.

It was William Katt who was the curly-headed blonde superhero. (-: I had such a mini-crush on him, but I can't remember a single thing about the series except that great theme song.
