It's your ex boyfriends ex... and you're now his ex... depending on how serious you were and how long you were together... if it was a long time, you have reason to worry about it... but if you weren't together that long, I wouldn't worry about it at all. :) Confront him about it if you still have feelings for him or what not... Report her as spam, it should keep her from emailing him. Sometimes it deletes whole email accounts.
