Buck 'n Ears, eh? Well, I guess this depends. 40 games in a season? In that case, we will have entered a new dimension where football schedules mirror that of basketball and cyborgs roam the earth- because no human is going to play more than 40 football games in a season and still be intact for another season.
If you mean 40 games, period, then I'm pretty sure a prior poster is correct. Over 10 years even, that would only be 4 games won per season. They're not THAT bad folks.
If you mean by "40 football games" that there is some new sort of football, like arena football, then there's no way to be sure. What is "40 football"? Is it sponsored by malt liquor? How drunk does one have to be to play? These will all be deciding factors of if the Buc en ears, as you say, will win these games. However, you do not care- because from your spelling, you clearly have already started your own "40 football game." Minus the football.

Actually they have. Heck they have even won a Superbowl. Now did you mean what if Simms wins 40? I mean the season has 20 games at most(16 regular season, 3 playoff if you start in the Wildcard round, and the Superbowl) so they can't do it in one year.

What does that mean? The most games you can win in a season is 19. You mean 40 games in a row. Thats impossible. The pats won 21 in a row. Thats the record.

Oh and even though they've managed to have some of the worst seasons in NFL football they have, contrary to popular belief, won at least 40 games out of I'd say close to 500 games since their inception.
