Roller coasters!!! Not only do you get a natural high, but you get to pick from all kinds of roller coasters; small ones, big ones, lots of loops and drops or perhaps just a few loops and drops. It's all up to you! Try closing your eyes on some and keep them open on others. Figure out which one works best for you, then hop on and have fun!

Exercise will do the trick because your body releases endorphins which are the body's natural chemicals. Individuals who exercise regularly become "addicted" to it because of this release. You may think you are getting high on weed and drinks, but these are actually substances that will make you feel very low. I highly recommend you try changing your lifestyle AND attitude toward life - you will be amazed at the difference it makes in you as an individual!

Everything else everyone said, like exercise, deep breathing etc... BUT, I want to know why you feel the need to get high? A natural high is just feeling good. So if you are depressed, perhaps counseling would help.
Getting healthy, excercise, spending time with family and kids, taking hikes, enjoying nature, sex, and LOVE are my natural highs in life. Chocolate however, may be at the top of my list. Hey...I am a girl!

you should be able to gain a natural high by living your life the best way you can, loving, laughing and having compassion for others all release endorphins into the body which help make you feel good. exercise also has the same effect. if you need to resort to a substance of some sort then it is not technically a natural high, although you could argue that naturally grown and unaltered cannabis is a natural product as is the drink 'kava' used in the south pacific.

I exercise. I also drink 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water, as needed. Curbs appetite. Grow long hair and nails. Cures depression. Deep breathing is also a natural high. Flying a kite. So many things to do and so little time. Falling in love is also a natural high.

The ones I know of are nutmeg and bananadine. Nutmeg.. Just eat a lot of it, like a tablespoon or two..or three. aparently it's something amazing. Bananadine is different, i know it's real, some will say it's not, but a friend of mine made some and actually got the high from it. I'm not sure how to make it, but it involves the stuff from the inside of a peel of a banana.. search it on google, and you should find it.
