how come there is 2 version of the jordan b loyal?

i notice that at finishline.com the jordan b loyal has a transculant midsole but the one at footlockers.com doesn't. the one i got recently does not have the transculant midsole also. does it mean that the one i have is a fake? explain.

it's just the pictures on the site and different colorways have different soles.
