Which is a better place to train OVW or NWA?

well it's according to where you want to go to, TNA or WWE

TNA draws most of it's talent from NWA, NJPW, and MMA
whereas WWE draws mostly from DSW and OVW.

i trained in LLW which is Louisiana League Wrestling, and had an opportunity to go to WWE but i was shot and stabbed after a local event, so my future is pretty much shot with TNA and WWE now! out of the two i would recommend OVW though because you have more freeform to go to WWE or TNA since both companies use that as a source for their talent! good luck with you and i wish you the best!

Depends on which TV Brand you want to eventually go to, TNA, or WWECW. If it's WWECW, go train in OVW, or DSW, or Booker T's PWA. If you want TNA, go for NWA, or NJPW or even ROH.
