Can u plz tell me where i can find the NDS(Nintendo DS)Emulators and roms?Specialy Resident evil Rom.

Currently there is no fully working DS emulator. Furthermore it's illegal to download Nintendo DS roms.
And finally, how are you supposed to emulate the touch screen on the PC? You will have a better gameplay experience if you buy the game for your real DS.
