No. Clinton is not a "great man". Even though his personal behavior was a major issue, he was an above average president His administration created 23 million jobs and balanced the federal budget, left a surplus of $2 trillion. But, he never served in the military. He actually dodged the draft. I think he was an innovator, a positive, active leader, but not great.

I cannot conceive of a definition of a great man that would apply to Bill Clinton. But successful? Most certainly. A great president? Not by any stretch of the imagination. He did nothing about the great issues of our day, such as Social Security and Medicare, and he left us more vulnerable than when he took office.

no longer via any stretch of the mind's eye is he a brilliant guy. Frankly i'd desire to care much less approximately his sleazy affairs yet to do them interior the oval place of work is an insult to the place of work of the President.Peace

I don't know if I would call him a great man only history can call him that. But I know he made many decisions for America when he was in office that benefited its citizens. Will have the stature of say Lincoln, I do doubt that as repuglicans successfully have assassinated his character. It is a shame in many ways that they could do that, but it happened and he has dealt with it well.

Yeah, he is great in his own eyes!

He is great at pulling the wool over the eyes of people too dumb to think for themselves. He would make a great used car salesman

He cut corporate taxes, gutted Glass-Steagall, reformed welfare and expanded free trade.

That's very good.

Why the Left likes him, I have no idea.
