i cannot really understand why you need a divorce- whether it is the phyical -distance or some other emotional factors. if you truely love the man as he is, then the physical-distance is of not much importance. think of the psychological impact that he too is undergoing. if you still both love each other then work-out some ways and means to be frequently nearer to each other.

Talk to him about the divorce, divide the income of what both of you earn and make during those years of marriage. If both of you agree to that number, then go to a lawyer file a divroce paper which cost around $200-$500.
If he and you disagree with the number divide, then do the calculated again. If not , then go to court!

Check with an attorney there in florida..and they can tell you what the laws of your state is they vary from state to state and if you cant afford an attorney they have legal aid thats free and you might be able to qualify for this..

Depending on your state laws, you may be able to file it yourself, but if you have kids and/or property you need a lawyer.
