To send sms from your website, you must be registered with some sms gateway. You can either contact your local mobile phone service providers or visit http://www.clickatell.com.

Once you get connected to sms gateway, you can send the sms message by sending ur gateway username, password, target phone number, message etc.

Or you can get a readymade scripts to do this all for you. But first you have to register with the gateway.
