yes. It has happen to me. I lost few of those so called "friends" - no regrets, on a contrary, what a relief

I lost a good friend once. I realized she wasn't so much a friend as she was in love with me. I lost her because when I got in a relationship, she became enraged with jealousy. I happen to be straight, so this was non negotiable for me.

Yes. Back in college l have a good friend although we have a lot of differences. We don't see each other now and our ties were severed. l have a feeling it's meant to be that way.
