Hi Buddy,
Every material in this universe that has mass attracts another object (towards it's core) that is in its vicinity with a force that's popularly known as gravity, now the mass of the object defines between which of the two objects would be able to pull the other. This leads on to the fact that the total mass of our planet is more than anything else here hence everything is attracted towards the core of earth. That's how despite earth being round water doesn't fall off.The same applies to everything on earth, that's why my friend the "Apple" fell and Newton explained Gravity....and I am using this explanation to explain water not falling in space.
Take care and have fun

To the guy who suggested the earth doesnt have a correct or bottom: certain it does. maximum ideal, area doesnt have an up or down, and nor would the earth if it were table sure. besides the undeniable fact that that is spinning, and as such it has 2 properly defined factors of correct and bottom, suggested as the Geographical North and South Pole. And certain, a planets mass is targeted at that is center, so each and everything is being pulled in route of there. that is an similar reason planets (or some thing over a particular length) are round. that is pulled itself to the middle so some distance because it may!

Gravity (that should be enough, but...) is generated in the direction of the center of the earth. So, water, as well as everything else, tries to get as close to the center of the earth as it can. That's also why the earth is round.

There is gravitation force of the Earth, which keep the things stick to the surface of the Earth. If you move 33,600km out of space, then the gravitation pull of the Earth will lose.
