Any idea where to celebrate birthday with friends which is fun and budget? Better still if can countdown to my birthday and there's budget transport home.

If there is a park close by, you can always go there.
It may have things there you can use with your friends. Like tennis courts or a volleyball area. Picnic tables,grills,have a barbecue for your birthday.Everyone bring a dish to pass. Play some games. Use what is available at the park. Maybe contact park management and reserve it just for your big day. That could be a load of fun on a small budget. Oh, and remember to take a camera. Good luck!!

You can go to a club and pour out a drink.If yo are younger take them out in a fast food.If you are older take them out to a restaurant.Good luck.
PS:All the three choices will probably cost you much but I think it wraths it.
