She's a terrific singer. But as far as looks go, she leaves a lot to be desired. That bleach blond hair has got to go. It looks terrible. She needs a complete make-over.

i think she is looking better than she has had in a long time...she got the vintage old school vibe going on...very classy...and whatever it is, she has go an awesome voice
