Here most of people (poor)who want to get heigher courses(engineering) they depends on scholars provided by the Govt.
If Govt not provide what's their position, r they discountinuous the
course(how).This problem faced by my friends,they belive that they get scolar but they don't.

BC ARE PROVIDED FREE EDUCATION. RESERVATION IN ALL THE SECTORS.

India is a democratic country and wants equality for all. Providing scholarships to cast students will be unfair to other students and also make the cast students feel that they are separate from rest.
